Hi, Im in the UK I want to do this recipe but Im not sure what 7/8 c is. I know 1 cup equals 8 fluid ounces measured in a jug so is 7/8c 7 fluid ounces?

1/4 c. + 3 1/2 Tbs. Water
3 1/4 c. Powdered Sugar

I made it but it is very greasy is this right also does it dry out a bit firmer

I've never made it either, but I believe your supposed to let it sit over night before use.
