Hello,

I'd like to get some advice about airbrushing - specifically getting the necessary supplies/tools. I've seen various compressors for sale on various sites but no real comparison. What is a good basic model/type and what features (if that applies) are good to have. I know very little to nothing about the topic but would really like to learn and get into using airbrushing to add some dimension and interst to my cakes and cupcakes.

Any and all advice would be greatly apreciated!

I don't have an airbrush machine but I do suggest you check out Kopy Kake.

My kids bought my air brush from Michaels with a 50% off coupon and my husband bought my compressor from a pawn shop for $10, alas my compressor is on it's last leg. I've also seen Kopykake airbrushed on sale thru e-bay. I love mine and wish I knew more about how to use it. I think I saw a tutorial on CC on airbrushing, must check it out
