I'm making a bridal shower cake in a few weeks and need help on the color scheme. The colors are black and white. I told myself...yea...that's easy, I can handle that. I love black and white. Then the lady told me she wanted chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Geez....I'm having a hard time visualizing that. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions (pictures would be great) on putting these colors together. Oh yea...she also wants a touch of red. So I'm looking at a chocolate cake with black, white and touch of red. Thanks for any help!!!

You could do chocolate fondant - Satin Ice has a nice taste, then add white royal icing scrolls. The red could be a simple rose or other flower placed on or around the cake.

You can also add black food gel to either chocolate BC or fondant to make that the black base for white and red decorations.
