ok so im sorry if there are any posts on this already... ok so my hubbi's cousin is FINALLY getting married!!! Her and i r pretty case and she has asked me to do her wedding cake. problem is i live in NY, might be living in VA by the wedding time, and she is in FLORIDA!!! i have a few options here... i could bake, decorate and do everything here then ship it to her. (has any1 tried this? how does it work out? how do i go about it?) my in-laws live about 2 hrs away so i could possibly go down a few days earlier and do everything there then drive it 2 hours in the FL heat. or i could do all the baking here, freeze it all, send that down and all i would have to do is decorate there... any suggestions??? TIA!
