So can you bake in them? Are they for cakes or more for decoration, for jello molds.....? My mom has seen them in 2nd hand stores but hesitates to buy them because we arent sure.
Anyone, anyone.... Buhler, Buhler......
Are they really copper or are they copper-colored Jello molds? I wouldn't bake in a Jello mold, although I don't know why I wouldn't. I have them, and I have just never used them for anything but Jello. Sorry I'm not much help.
Thanks for the response. I really have no idea. I didn't know they made molds just for jello. Then again they make everything these days.
If they're the ones I'm thinking of, they were a 1960s--1970s thing. I'll see if I can find a picture for you.
I have the one pictured below; and my aunt has a huge collection (but I never saw her bake in them either).
OK. So they are more for jello and a vintage decor item, I suppose.
That's what I think.
