Storing Buttercream Covered Cake

I have a two tiered buttercream covered wedding cake and I'm not sure how to store it. My buttercream does not include milk or butter. Do I need to refrigerate it or just wrap it and leave it at room temperature?

As long as your fillings are not perishable, for example fresh fruit or custard type filling, you can leave it at room temperature.
