Where do I find that pastry gloss spray that Duff and them use?

Are you talking about edible spray lacquer? Global sells it

Also, Chef Rubber and Nicholas Lodge sell smaller bottles of a different brand. Please note that Global's bottle is huge compared to the other brand, so the $30 is actually a good buy .
