I'm setting up a football field for a big display using astroturf for a senior sports banquet. I'm making football players and cheerleader cookies on sticks. The football players will be set up as a team in the middle of the field and the cheerleaders on the side lines. What can I use to stand the cookies up? I was thinking of putting a sheet of styrofoam under the astroturf and putting small holes through the astroturf where the cookies need to be. Can anyone think of another way this would work?

I think that would be your best bet!

Yep, that's what I would do. Just make sure your styrofoam is thick. That sounds like a really cute set up, too. I hope you post pictures when you're done!
