Can I freeze a cake that has been covered with Wilton's Whipped Icing Mix? I have to deliver the cake 3 - 4 days before the cake will be eaten. Thanks for any thoughts ...

I am going to venture and guess that yes you can. It is a lot like Bettercreme...I think. And the fact you must use ice cold water to make it makes me think yes.

I would make sure that it didn't get too warm though once it starts to thaw.
