I have this recipe that I want to put as a filling for a cake I am covering with fondant. I was wondering can I put it in the fridge with the fondant.
I am going to use marshmellow fondant and have always been told not to put it in the fridge, therefore here this is my dilema.
If I can put it in the fridge how to do I refridgerate it and do I need to cover it??
Yes, you can put it in the fridge. I usually put all of my cakes in boxes then in the fridge.
