Just wondering about coloring choc fondant. Made some according to wilton, choc melts with corn syrup then knead that in to reg white fondant. well when i colored it black it turned out fine but as it settled it turned lighter brown... anyone know why or have any tips? thanks

I'm not really sure why. What food coloring did you use?
