Can I keep a cake covered in starberries dipped in ganache in the frige. It was soooo hard to get good starberries so they are already wilting.

I want the strawberries to remain as fresh as possible. Customer would pick up this evening.

My only concern would be when you refrigerate dipped strawberries they tend to start to ooze the juice and chocolate especially when they come back to room temp.
