To all of you wonderful cookie people -
1. How do you price one of those big chocolate chip message cookies - she is requesting a 14 inch cookie.
2. When baking a large cookie, how do you keep the edges from getting too dry before the center is done
3. Which is better - RI or BC?

I don't sell, but just as a recommendation, I'd say @ $20. for a 14" cookie. (I'm assuming it's chcoclate chip w/o nuts.) Baked in a pizza pan, you shouldn't have any problem with it baking rather evenly if you bake a little slower than regular cookies. I'd say around 325 to 350 degrees...depending on your oven. I'd also recommend buttercream frosting.
