I really enjoy it. I can't charge for cakes yet, but I still make an invoice anyway to see how much I spend on things and to keep track of whichever cake I'm working on at the time. When I either a) find a kitchen to rent or b) wait for MI to approve home bakers, its going to make the transition really smooth.
