A friend asked me to make a cake for her this weekend that includes a log. I thought I jelly roll cake would be perfect. Does anyone have any suggestions on the recipe I should use? I think something chocolate would be best. I would really like it to be something that uses a cake mix, as most of my cakes start with box and add on from there. Please help if you can! Thanks!

My chocolate one is from scratch, so that won't help you. But, I bet if you go to allrecipes.com and search under "Yule Log Cake", you'll find something. Good luck!
