I need your help!! My niece works for Department of Labor. They are celebrating Boss day in Ct. I need an idea on the topping of the Cupcake and Color...Thanks for looking and your ideas...Have a Good one.

Not that I have a better idea to offer you, LOL, but I wouldn't use the tie idea -- that's kind of sexist. I'm sure there are women in the Labor Dept., too!
