I've been working with MMF for awhile and love it. I usually match my fondant and buttercream. However I have a customer that has a tiered cake with one of the layers lime green and wants me to put lime green for all layers. Will that work with white MMF?
It will be fine, just don't roll the MMF too thin, and be careful when you trim it; ensure your board is clean and none of the icing escapes .
I think it will look cool when they cut the cake
