How long in advance you make your gumpaste high heel shoe? How many days I need to let the shoe dry?

You can make it weeks ahead. Keep it in a cool, dry place but NOT in a sealed container. Putting it in a box is fine but nothing that will hold moisture in. Also keep it out of direct sunlight. I always allow several days to dry.
