Can I Freeze A Cake Covered In Ganache??

i have a large order this weekend, so i'm wondering if i make these mini cakesand cover them in ganache, are they ok to freeze?? should i deforst them in the fridge.. or at room temp??

I have frozen ganache covered cakes before but never for a client--only for "family" use. They were fine--I defrosted them on the counter. It's been quite a while, though, and I can't remember if there was an issue with condensation or not.

Why not just do them tomorrow?
