My nephew has really bad egg and dairy allergies. One cake he can have is the Pillsbury Funfetti kind. For his birthday he wants a light saber because he's a huge Star Wars fan. Is there any way to make the cake sturdy enough for carving? Thanks!

If you chill or freeze the cake, you should be able to still carve it.
