MY FIRST SALE!!!!!! 9 by 4'' cake covered in white fondant for a Henna/Mendhi party . The Asian Henna designs are done in tylose added to fondant . They are in traditional Henna colours as requested by the customer. Only dissapointment is that I think I charged too little for it £35/about $55. I think I should have charged £50/about $80. I would welcome fellow members opinions, is that under pricing my self or over pricing

i have been working mypricing matrix (freaking nightmare!), 9 inch round is currently £63. i still have to refine that - i know i havent counted enough for materials, and need to look again at time costs. and my high quality local bakeries will charge more, generlly at least £160 (mmm, i should totlaly up my prices, lol).
xx
