I usually use Satin Ice fondant and love it. I have used both their regular fondant and their chocolate fondant. I may soon have a need for a white chocolate fondant. There are several brands available. Can anyone recommend one? I'm looking for look, taste and ease of use.

There is a chocolate fondant product called Choco-pan. I haven't used it, but have heard good things about its taste.
