How Do You Stick Modelling Chocolate To A Fondant Cake?

I am making a branch (similar to the cherry blossom cake) and I'm not sure how to secure the chocolate to the fondant. Do I use melted chocolate, gum glue, water????
PLEASE HELP this cake is due in 4 hours!!!!

I think melted chocolate works well. icon_smile.gif
