Is this a fudge icing and what is it used for??

I've never heard of it before but I'd love to know.

If that is the stuff Sam's carries, it spreads and sets like ganache...what they use for their triple chocolate cakes...can be warmed(slightly) to fill and ice cakes....we didn't pour it though, we spread it on with a spatula.
