I needing timing advice PLEASE! If I make ganache tonight (2:1 ration) and let it sit overnight, then ice it tomorrow am -- how fast will it set so that I can cover it in fondant and decorate? Thank you for the advice
It depends. I usually put mines in the fridge and it sets in about an hour.
Sets hard enough to cover in fondant in an hour?? that would be great! Then you don't put back in the fridge after you cover in fondant - right??? Thank you so much!
