Help!!! Need To Remove Whiteness Of Cornflour!!

im using cornflour to stop my fondant from sticky but its made the black a musty grey help me!!!

You can rub it with a little shortening to remove the cornflour. That should help, and the fondant will absorb the extra shortening. HTH!

Spray it with vodka.

Use a steam iron and steam off any corn starch

rub shortening lightly on your palms and rub gently over cake or use a slightly damp(not wet) napkin to clean the surface of the fondant.

You can also wipe it of with a papertowel that has some shortening in it.

That's what I do! If it's a dainty piece of gumpaste or fondant, I'll take a little paintbrush and put crisco on it.
