You know the big pre-packaged Grandma's sugar cookies w/ the pink icing & sprinkles? I am looking for one like that or similar to Wal-mart's soft sugar cookies they sell in the bakery. We LOVE them and I would love to find that icing as well. I just downed 4 of the minis. Shame on me! Anyone else here getting thick around the midsection? LOL Must be all the taste testing for these new recipes!
I love those cookies, but do you notice an aftertaste or feeling that you have a coating on the inside of your mouth after eating them?
Preservatives maybe? Or shortening in the frostiong? I have a sour cream sugar cookie recipe I haven't made in a while. Maybe its close enough.
amberkw, would you share your recipe?
