My brother in law loves this dessert and has asked me to figure out how to make it for him. Its basically baked puff pastry with a gooey chocolate center. I have been trying to figure out what the center is but haven't been able to yet. Its a soft gooey sweet center. i was thinking maybe ganache but it can't be ganache bec its sweet. then i was thinking like a brownie center but it defenitely is soft not cake like or brownie like at all. what sort of concoction could be inside???

Ganache is sweet, although it could just be straight up chocolate.
