I want to make mini dolls using cupcakes but so far I have only found mini doll picks from Wilton that are $6.29 for 4. Does anyone have any other resources or a tip on how to make my own? I would even use mini dolls, they don't have to be picks but I am unsure where to find them. Thanks.

I buy 2 - 8 packs at the dollar store in the party favor section, (often mermaids.) Make a hole to insert their tails or legs (wrapped in plastic wrap).
