I want to make a bridge and a princess on a bench and also some little flowers (very simple ones)...

Should I use fondant or gum paste? I have both of them..
I'm using Michelle Foster fondant...
I want to start today those because I have a lot of things to do and I have 2 littles one at home... we will celebrate my DD birthday on october 9th.

gumpaste

you may be able to use fondant for the flowers, but for the rest i would use gumpaste.

you can use gum glue, which can be made by dissolving a small amount of tylose in water, or you can make it by dissolving a small amount of gum paste in water. For the larger pieces like the sides on the bridge you may want to use some royal icing.
