The bride wants a cream white color that she is relating to offwhite. or she is calling it EGGSHELL white. . How would you go about making the eggshell off white? Thanks,

I have used Wilton brown gel color. You have to be VERY careful though, because it takes just a SMALL amount! You can look at my photo's if you'd like. The green tiered cake (with the wilton columns) with the "off-white" decorations is the one I'm talking about.

If your buttercream has liquid, substitute evaporated milk.

cream, off-white, ivory, light tan, eggshell, fleshtone .... it's all the same to me.

To make it, I use the cheap brown vanilla instead of my expensive clear vanilla.
