I used the lemon curd of this site mixed with some whipped whip cream, and the raspberry filling also with some whipped cream. excellent, had huge reviews, Did 3 cakes split in 2 so made 11 layers, very vibrant colours!!!

Just wanted to make a follow up post... I did actually make this cake yesterday using Linda's lemon recipe from this site http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=df4f9hbq_46cs9f28fs and the easy raspberry filling with some buttercream. It is very good, however you might want to add an egg or two to the cake. Mine did not rise like it was supposed to and came out almost like a cookie bar texture and make sure you add alot of bc to your rasp filling or else it will be runny. But it still tastes good, but one of those things I would only show my family or very close friends... haha. Not something I would even think of showing a prospective client. I fear they would think I was crazy for even thinking i could bake... LOL!
