Ok so I currentlybook two wedding cakes a Saturday because that is all I can confidently set up without feeling stressed. I know my aunt used to do more than that herself so my question is this...how many cakes do you book for a day and how do you manage to get them all delivered?

since I am a one woman show (most times) I only do one event per weekend, could be more than one cake depending on what is ordered, and could include catering, but I stick to my one event only policy.
