Can someone tell me how much you estimate it to cost to make 10" round cake with fondant? Not profit or utilities etc, just to actually make the cake. the fondant is an easy one, but trying to figure out how much for the cake is stumping me. . .

Please help! Thanks!

Have you tried the pricing matrix found in one of the forums here?

Pricing will be different for all of us, since we all use different recipes, ingredients etc.

I can tell you that my cost per serving is between $1 - $1.50 but that does include utilities.

Type PRICING MATRIX into the search field and you will find exactly what you are looking for. Or use the FORUMS tab above and you can find it that way as well.

Thanks but I tried typing in pricing matrix into the search fields and nothing came up. I tried the general search tab at the very top and then tried the 'form search' but just pulled up a trillion posts with the word 'pricing' in it.

Does anyone have a link??
