I'm wanting to do a FBCT of a Harley Davidson emblem for my Daddy's Memorial. I have never done one. How long does it need to stay in freezer? How exactly do I do it. I want it to turn out great! Please help me!!!!

have you seen the tutorial?

i also did a search in the forums for FBCTs and got a lot of good information. i would recommend leaving it in the freezer for as long as you can and using parchment paper instead of wax paper... both indydebi's tips i believe, but they worked wonderfully!

I just did one about a week ago...they can be tricky if they are not completely frozen!

Here's the tutorial:

Just make sure that you leave that transfer in the freezer for AT LEAST 24 hours...but it is well worth the work!! icon_biggrin.gif

HTH and Good Luck!! thumbs_up.gif

So parchment paper is better for the transfer not to stick? Someone else recommended that to me also... I had to do my transfer 3 times icon_cry.gif before I COMPLETELY got the darned thing away from the waxed paper...but I loved doing it!!

i've only used parchment paper and never had a problem... i also did what you said though and leave them in the freezer for at least 12 hours, if not 24. by that point, the transfer was already starting to peel away from the parchment paper on its own!
