Does Ga License Home Bakeries?

I've looked at several of the state's sites and can't seem to pin point the exact info I'm looking for, so figured someone on CC would know the answer. icon_smile.gif

The simple answer is no, but then there are ppl who say it depends on your county so check with them.

Call the Ga. Dept. of Agriculture. They will have the information you need.

You can have a legal home kitchen, but it will depend on your city, county, and or maybe the neighborhood you live in.

Thanks!!! Don't call the Health Dept. make sure you call Ga. Dept. of Agriculture..Health Dept. does inspect bakeries.
