Hello!

Please help me quick!!

I have just put my first batch of MMF on my ganache covered cake & it was fine & smooth & great when i kneaded it & rolled it out but now that its on the cake it has the texture of scaley dry skin - not a good look.

Please tell me how to fix it please!! CAN IT BE SAVED?!

I need this cake for tommorrow!

PLEASE!!!

Ummm, I haven't had that happen. But I beleive it's called 'elephant skin' from what I've read on other posts. Try searching that phrase. Good luck thumbs_up.gif
