I wouild like to make a creamcheese frosting to put between a brownie cake and cant seem to find one. Its been awhile since I went to "recipies' and for some reason today Im not finding anything.

I don't know if you are looking for a particular recipe or not, but here is mine, which I got from Southern Living Magazine, and it's very good. It's very soft, so not suitable for decorating with, but is a wonderful filling:

8 oz cream cheeze
1 stick lightly salted butter
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla

Let cream cheese and butter soften to room temp. Cream together until well blended. Add vanilla first, then powdered sugar. Yum, yum, yum.
