Do you want a huge one or just a pastry board? For huge ones, go to granite manufacturer. Check out their scraps. They have them in different sizes.

I went to a local kitchen and tile store... they ordered me a 18 X 18 granite square... it was only like $20
It's heavy, but so nice to roll and cut fondant and gumpaste on.

Hello,

Can you tell me how this marble slab is working out for you? I understand that you use it to roll out the fondant or gumpaste on. How easy is it to use? Does the cold marble really work the best? I will purchase a slab if you say so, so your feedback is important!

Have a granite manufacturer convert a table (mine is 30x36) by replacing the top with a scrap. Then you can have a big piece and you don't have to worry about handling it.
