So i've heard that U can't freeze cake batter and bake at a later date... Well i had some cake batter left over last week and didn't want to toss it out, so I froze it in a greased, floured pan, wrapped in saran wrap and placed it int he freezer.
took it out a while ago, thawed it and baked....
perfect cake! yah So to all of my cc family out there. It does work and produces the same delicious WASC as fresh batter..
