how do I make the inside of a cake tie dye?

just separate white cake batter into however many different colors you want and then layer them in your cake pan and bake

And after you layer the colors, you can swirl them around slightly with a knife, like when you make a marble cake.

If I wanted the inside tie dye, I would just use my normal cake recipe and divide it into bowls (the amount of different colors you want), then just add the food coloring to make it the desired color. I wouldnt try to do more than 2-3 colors. Then you just need to marble it together. And bake as normal. HTH
