The wilton gumpaste flower set comes with a book that will show you how to's and easy to do. Its not too expensive either.

I have the Wilton Gumpaste flowers set which comes with an instructional booklet as well. It's a good starting point. I feel like some of the flowers are made to be more complicated than necessary such as the carnation. Then again, everyone has their own technique, and this is the Wilton Method. For about $13 (w/ coupon) it might be worth trying out. The booklet instructions are fairly easy to follow.

Once your comfortable with making the flowers you can search on ebay for some advanced books.

By the way, Welcome to CC
