I borrowed a few books from my local library (one of them being "50 Easy Party Cakes by Debbie Brown), but I soon realized that a few pages had been torn out! I was hoping to find out what type of fondant and sugar paste she uses, all of her cakes are so clean, smooth and colorful. I've tried searching online but have yet to find anything, can any of you help me out? icon_smile.gif

Sounds like someone tore out the recipe pages. She has recipes for fondant and gumpaste in the books.

I'm working on the yarn and kitty cake right now!

She uses Renshaw's Regalice for the designs in her book.
