I have only used fondant twice to cover the cake. The wedding cake I just did kept getting these air bubbles under the fondant. It would be fine and I'd come back a few hours later and air bubbles had formed. Very maddening! What did I do wrong?? I made MMF and had choc, white, and carrot cake. TIA
Almost everyone does. It's like cellulite... we all have it. There have been several long threads recently about this problem. I'll look to see if I can find it.
