Instead of sticks of butter I bought the pound of butter. Does anyone know how long it'll take to reach room temp? My place is always cool, not hot, not too cold, just a pleasant room temperature icon_smile.gif.

If you need it to reach room temp more quickly you could cut into into smaller pieces. Just an idea

It will probably take several hours to truly get to room temperature.
