I made a lot of cookie dough this weekend, but have not used all of it. I am planning to bake more cookies later this week . Can I keep the dough refrigerated or should I freeze it?

Welcome to CC Magna!

When I have leftover cookie dough, I roll it out between parchment sheets, cut my shapes, place them on parchment and continue to layer them until I run out of dough. I then place the layers on a large flat cookie sheet and wrap it in plastic and freeze the whole thing. When it's time to bake, I bring it out, slide off a sheet of cookies onto another cookies sheet and place it in the oven. I don't even thaw them. Fast and ready to go!

Thanks for the idea about cutting and then freezing, I will definitely do this tonight.
