Hi all -

My daughter is getting married in October and wants a wedding cake made of fudge brownies rather than a traditional cake. I'm looking for a recipe for the brownies themselves and a dark chocolate frosting that will work tiered and serve 200.

Help!

This recipe has a very good rating on epicurious: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Best-Cocoa-Brownies-108346. For a square wedding cake, bake in 8" 12" and 16" square pans will give you 200 servings (not counting the 8" tier).
