How do you freeze cupcakes for best results? How long do they stay fresh for? I make gluten-free cupcakes. Thanks in advance.

I've never made gluten-free cupcakes - but I just saran wrap my cupcakes and then put them in a ziplock bag. I don't leave them in the freezer for more than a few days though.
