Hi I need some help .I am doing a wasc cake with fresh strawberrys and buttercream frosting for tomorrow. Can I do the cake today or wait? when I have try it before they tasted not to good the next day may it was berrys may be me just tasted funny. I did have strawberry filling in it also. thanks for your help sammie

Are you adding the strawberries whole or pureeing them before adding to the batter?
