If you google Decopac pirate ship, you will see the store version of a pirate ship. Some sites sell them to the public. When you are looking around, some of the sites also have the cutting instructions as a PDF file. I learned this when my daughter wanted the Disney princess cake, but it had to be that one.

Here's a link. The pictures have the instructions in them. You could buy the plastic or do it yourself.

Debbie Brown has a book with a pirate ship on it. When is the cake for? I am not back in the office until Wednesday and I can look out the book and photocopy the instructions and send to you.

I cut mine out from a 9x13 and then used the sides to build up the front and the back. It is in my photos.
